The video simply shows an edited picture of a Ruby's asset from Battle for Dream Island to make look blue, throughout the video, a girl moaning can be heard in the background as well as tubular bells from the The Exorcist starts playing, After around 31 seconds, at which point a picture of a zombie girl with no pupils appears along with a loud scream.
