"Amigos tontos" (Translated to: "Idiot Friends") is a screamer video uploaded by a user "panterAzull" on October 26, 2009. the video has over 2 million views.
The video sets a Spanish-dubbed version of the entire song called Idiot Friends (from SpongeBob episode Pest of the West) to a montage of images depicting Patrick and SpongeBob (hence the name). only to be interrupted by a picture of Regan MacNeil of The Exorcist along with a high pitched, loud scream.
