The video starts off with a warning that some people may become unstable by the time the video's over. Then, a trippy view of black and white shapes zooming in and out with a strobe illusion are shown, along with a voice saying for you to relax. After 2:32, Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King's IT appears with the same scream sound effect used in the K-fee commercials.
