Subliminal Message in the old Dude saying squadela
Subliminal Message in the old Dude saying squadela is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user "allhailkrystal" on January 19th, 2008.
The video begins with the start-up sequence for the CD-i game Link: The Faces of Evil, with the video's title appearing as a caption at the twenty-second mark. A clip of Gwonam and Link flying during which the former exclaims "Squadala!" is then shown and repeated at various speeds.
The creator suggests the footage be "sped up" or "slowed down" to reveal the hidden message. At the 1:29 mark, as the clip plays in slow-motion, the screen cuts to a promotional artwork from Luigi's Mansion of a terrified Luigi, accompanied by a scream sound effect. The narrator then concludes the video by mockingly inquiring, "So did you find it?".
