100 Twinkies in 10 Min Challenge is a screamer video uploaded by a popular YouTuber theDOMINICshow on July 18, 2015.

it starts with him and his Friends eat Twinkies in 10 Minutes while answering an interesting question, after several minutes, then it shows a question says "Then Prank us Right Now!", after a few seconds, a picture of Pennywise from the Movie IT appears with the same scream sound used from The Maze.
