100 TWINKIES in 10 MIN CHALLENGE! is a video and it's contained a screamer beginning at 3:26, it was uploaded by popular YouTuber theDOMINICshow in July 18, 2015.

The video itself is fine, the challenge is to eat 100 Twinkies in 10 minutes with his friend "FOUSEYTUBE", the screamer part is on 3:26, which displays a picture of Pennywise, along with the same scream sound used from The Maze.
