Seymay Time (AKA セイメイタイム) is a shock YouTube video. For the most part of the video, it's a japanese game show with a clock ticking noise being heard in the background. However, on the right of the video, you will see a black-haired man in a blue shirt cutting his arm with a razor or pocket knife (hard to tell because it's blurry). The ticking noise is actually the sound of his arm being cut.
