The site is a disguised google redirect page telling the person if they want to get redirected. If the user clicks on link they want to get redirected to, The site will make itself fullscreen and show a image of Jeff the Killer or a dark red image of a guy with his mouth open.
The user still can exit the page by exiting full screen and closing the tab
