The video is a nightvision video taken from inside someone's bathroom, and the camera is facing towards the door. At around 17 seconds, the door swings open and a girl with black eyes, pale skin, and blood covering her jaw runs to the camera and yells loudly, the scream is taken from the What's Wrong? screamer.
Alternative version
There is another version that exists in 2016 with a different scream used, with the face edited to be distorted.
