The video is a montage of images depicting Patrick and SpongeBob with a Spanish-dubbed version of the entire song called Idiot Friends (from SpongeBob episode Pest of the West) playing (hence the name), only to be interrupted by a picture of Regan MacNeil of The Exorcist along with a high-pitched, loud scream.
