Lost tapes of the zombie child infestation is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by HJxJJ on June 12th, 2010.

The video starts with the text "The following clips were taking place in a park of Tennessee" which then disappears and the footage is shown. At the end of the video, a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears and zooms in, accompanied by the same scream from the K-fee commercials.
