If Your Happy and You Know It…Clap Your Hands[sic] is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by CSongsForKidz on December 30, 2008.
The video disguises as a normal video of dancing kids from an unknown British children's series (judging by their British accents) singing "If You're Happy and You Know It". However, at the 59 seconds point, a greyscale picture of Bloody Mary with no eyes pops up along with a sound effect of a woman shrieking extremely loudly.
The screamer is still surprisingly loud despite setting the volume to low, similar to the Rata Bailando video that was posted around Discord as a bait and switch prank. The video also starts off quiet and gets quieter as it progresses, most likely tricking users into turning up their volume.
