Unnerving Images but I put Giygas Theme over it is a YouTube video made by cobalt_stuff on June 17th, 2024. Although the video already has some unsettling imagery, there is a screamer near the end.
The video displays a long slideshow of disturbing and unsettling pictures accompanied by the Giygas theme from the video game EarthBound. All images used in this video are made by an artist named Trevor Henderson, who is known for creating the popular creepypasta Siren Head. Various effects, including glitches, noise, and shaking, occur throughout the video, possibly as an attempt to intimidate the viewer.
The screamer in question (which appears at 3:02) consists of a closeup of a fleshy face with bulging eyeballs, also known as "Bridge Worm" accompanied by the Giygas is Fatally Wounded! music.
