A Ram Sam Sam is a bait-and-switch shock video uploaded to Vimeo by user No name on March 18th, 2023. The video was later removed from Vimeo due to violating its content policy.

The video starts with a clip of the lyric video of Johnny Only's cover of the Moroccan children's song A Ram Sam Sam. As if the criteria would lead to the video appear as completely innocent, at the 10-second mark, a slideshow of gore images and videos suddenly appears over the clip, while the song continues to play in the background.

• The clip of Kyle shooting himself with an armfire, from the 2013 film V/H/S 2.
• An image of a man who committed suicide by helium.
• Footage of a woman lighting herself on fire.
• A still frame from 1444.
• A man with a back infection.
• A harlequin fetus standing on a couch with shorts, also known as Party Man.
• Four people dead in a car after it crashed.
• A man with a severe injury exposing the inside of his head.
• A man with no head.
