This article is about a website that no longer exists. Links to its archive on the Wayback Machine or a saved copy are provided.

CherryCake.org was a shock site created in 2006.

The webpage featured an image showing the remains of an unknown man who supposedly put a lit firecracker into his mouth. The name was most likely chosen to trick people into going to the site, as the gruesome photo of the victim apparently looks similar to an "oozing cherry cake". On February 16th, 2006, the front page was updated to show a picture of a baby that appeared to be suffering from a case of Harlequin Ichthyosis, followed by the original picture of the man's face after two seconds.

There are some links at the bottom of the page: "The Legend of Cami", "Bash Source", "cami_win32.zip", and "cami_bash.zip". Visiting the first link (or any page from valvesoftware.co.uk) currently redirects to Rick Astley's song, Never Gonna Give You Up, the second link appears to lead to some source code of an old game that was written in C, the other two links were not archived.

There is a YTMND mirror of this site that plays a looping audio clip of someone saying "I like cherry cake" alongside some text which reads the same thing.

The domain was later parked in 2007, and in 2009, it was brought back as a gaming website.[1] In 2011, it was repurposed for some sort of Japanese blog about CO2 reduction[2]. The website was later shut down for good in either 2012 or 2013 since then.
