out.ihang.org was an alleged shock site sometime created in 2007. Due to poor archiving, it is not known what the site's content was. However, it is commonly assumed to be another shock image which went by a similar name; which was known as Hanging Around. The GIF was hosted on Gfycat and featured a man hanging by his testicles connected to a knot on a roof while spinning.

Newer versions redirected to walmartfun.com (established in 2008), which allegedly had a video of a man masturbating in a Walmart.
