The video begins with a description of the video game character Goombella from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, followed by a brief clip of Goombella blinking, smirking, talking, and closing her eyes, until a flickering image of Goombella with human teeth appears, accompanied by a loud scream.

The video was deleted and then later reuploaded by the same creator in 2024 due to high demand.
