Fred.jpg is a screamer located on akk.li, where the famous Anne.jpg was located on, the website is currently defunct.
The screamer first shows the bitch please(or Yao Ming face) meme with some Spanish text. When translated to English, it means: "Once upon a time a man was so ugly that". The writing is shown as it looks like it is being typed. however, Then the sentence is interrupted by a horrific zombie picture with the same scream from What's Wrong?, the flash animation is not clearly stated as a .jpg image.
