User registrations should be working again. Registration was previously blocked due to false positives from the Abuse filter.

All desktop users have been moved to the mobile Cosmos skin. Maybe a new better skin based off of monobook or vector will come in the future. If you like the older look, go to your settings > Appearance then choose which skin you want.
