The video prompts the viewer to locate all the differences on a picture of a bearded man wearing a red cap with music playing in the background, unlike other videos like this, it has actual difference, After 30 seconds, the creator highlights all the differences which are 3 can be found in total, However, a picture of a face from What's Wrong? appears along with a loud scream, then it ends with a text "lawl.", supposedly referring to the word "lol".
