OMFG.jpg was a screamer GIF created in 2012 and hosted in akk.li, the file name pretends to be just a .jpg picture and the concept is quite similar to When you see it.

The GIF pretends to be a picture of a woman laughing and a red circle, supposedly leading the viewer to look at it; however, 4 seconds in, an eyeless and blurred image of her will zoom in, with no scream.
