"The Green Ribbon Of Death" is a YouTube originated screamer uploaded in May of 2008 by user holatlantis.
The Video
The video has recorded footage of the channel owner's computer to demonstrate an effect on it known as the "Green Ribbon Of Death". Once again, the video tells you to watch closely to put your face in the screen. After 30 seconds in total have been passed, a creepy picture of Spider-Man with an open maw will pop up with a rather unfitting and flat scream.
