Fliqpy.exe is a screamer video made by Joey Sikk on May 1, 2015. It's based on the popular adult animated series Happy Tree Friends which has gained a humongous online presence over the past few years.
The 14-second long video starts off with the typical Happy Tree Friends intro. However, nothing is shown when the page flips over, and then a close up edited version of Fliqpy zooms in with a loud roar while holding what appears to be a gardening spade. The sound originated from the Tom and Jerry episode The Milky Waif, where Jerry Mouse roars at Tom Cat before fighting him. The scream in this video would later be used for Arthur.exe from Atarster's Angry German Kid series.
