Based on the Youtube Comments and previous MFX Media films the video opens up with the Production code and the MFX Media logo. It opens up with supposedly Karla and Latifa from 2 Girls 1 Cup and 1 other girl. They throw up in a glass cup and start drinking it. Finally, it ends with them playing with their poop and throw up.
