Call77.exe (Chinese: 惡靈電話) is a Taiwanese Flash/application screamer created by sm0914 in 2000. However, The creation date of the screamer says it was made back in 1997 which of course, is not the real release date since the game uses Flash Player 4, which was released in 1999.
When the user launches the program, it displays the intro to the screamer itself with moving text while video game RPG style like music plays in the background which lasts about seconds before cutting onto a screen which shows three circle buttons with numbers which the user must click on in order to hear the calls. there are also buttons on the bottom right which when the first one was clicked, it leads to the credits along with the creator's email while a short snippet of a version of Superman by R.E.M. plays in the background. the second one just simply restarts the game and sents the user the intro screen once again.
There is a screamer on the second button which, when the mouse is rolled over it, text shows up telling the user to click on the button for a "surprise". When clicked, the flash player projector goes on fullscreen and displays a editied zooming out picture of Crazy Ghost with the eyes being white instead while weird noises plays in the background. After the animation is done playing, the picture suddenly switches to the one from Monster.exe with a loud high pitched scream.
Users are able to exit out the screamer by clicking the Superman icon (which is the creator's logo) on the bottom right, which will result in the flash player projector go back into windowed mode and send the user to the option menu again.
