Im Crying.exe

Im Crying.exe is .exe game released on GameJolt by Travis Simpson in 2014.

The game's main menu displays an image of Sonic from the Infinite fun. Sega Enterprises image from the Sonic CD game with a crying woman heard in the background. The game takes place in a monochromatic town with the Lavender Town theme from Pokémon Green Beta playing. The game begins near a well and text saying "Try going through houses its SO FUN". Entering all but 4 houses triggers a jumpscare of a blue-scaled image of Kurt Barlow from Salem's Lot with a roar followed by the player respawning at the beginning. The following events take place when entering the 3 other houses:

• Entering the nearest house to west at the beginning leads to character with their back turned. When approaching the character a jumpscare of a vampire appears with a screech and text saying "HELLO SMALL CHILD WANNA PLAY? IM SO COOL PLEASE StAy DONT LEAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!". After that the player respawns at the beginning.
• Entering the house on the east close to the well leads to a coffin that, if approached, White Face from Imscared will appear on the top left side of the screen with the text "Will you stay here with me? Im so scared and lonly Im crying......", along with the options Yes, No, Run, and Pray.
  • Selecting Yes results in the appearance of text saying "Heehehehehehahahahahahahaha Thank You." followed by a the aforementioned roar and a game over.
  • Selecting No results in text saying "I WONT LET YOU LEAVE ME *sob*" after which the player can continue moving around the house.
  • Selecting Run results in the text "You fall that thing has you leg and pu....*sob*", after which the player can continue moving around the house.
  • Selecting Pray results in the text "GO AWAY GET OUT OF HERE!!!!" followed by the player respawning at the beginning.
• Entering the easternmost house leads to a crying character saying "You know why I am looking out of this Window? Because I do not like to Cry.... but I am crying..... *sob* *sob*" with the options 'stay' three times and 'cry'. Selecting 'stay' results in a jumpscare of the screaming woman from the Katies scary face YouTube video with the roar followed by the player respawning at the beginning, while selecting 'cry' results in the player sobbing followed by the roar and a game over.

Entering the northernmost house requires the player to obtain a key which is found at a door next to the right side of the house. If the player attempts to enter this house without the key, the same jumpscare will appear but with the text "Locked.....", without the player respawning at the beginning. Passing by the right side of the house results in a jumpscare of the vampire with the roar but followed by the game resuming. Once the key is obtained, the player will respawn at the beginning. Once the player enters this house, they will find themselves in a prison cell. If the player attempts to leave the cell, a tab will appear saying "Script 'Game_Interpreter' line 1411: NameError occured. undefined local variable or method 'wesgsgdfgdggdfg for #<Game_Interpreter:0x11957660>". Clicking OK or closing ends the game.
