Hospital information

Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital is a medical center in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. It is in the Tachibana area, run by a local co-op, and very close to Iyo-Tachibana Station (伊予立花駅からすぐ近くにあります). The hospital has 78 beds for patients who need long-term care or help getting better. Doctors there focus on internal medicine, surgery, and bones.
About Yuichiro Oka
Yuichiro Oka is the hospital's director and medical researcher who graduated with a doctoral degree in the field of health sciences from Hokkaido University School of Medicine.[1] He has co-authored numerous research papers and several editorial pieces within various scientific journals, which involves fundamental research using experimental animals to understand the mechanisms behind rehabilitation for common knee osteoarthritis, and has published extensively on neuroscience topics, including the development of cortical neurons and complex neural circuits.[2][3] He is completely aware of the site's existence and made multiple requests to remove it, as mentioned from the kyoto website ("The fun criminal scum Yuichiro Oka who repeatedly requests deletions")
Investigation
At first, among the people, many started talking about the shock site from a long time ago within a thread upon a Japanese website called LiveDoor on February 3rd, 2020.[4] Even with the website not under full investigation yet, many of the people across the internet finally found at last a social media post from February 4th, 2020, which was posted by someone with the name of @nanashi43044_2 from Twitter.[5] Inside of this post, the person clearly said to others that they had called into a hospital for the purpose of finding out if the site was real, and they also said about how a formal check was being done at that exact time.[6][7][5][8] Still, even after five six whole years have gone by, no one of any group has ever been able to take any legal action against or punish the creator for it.
These "harassment" websites moved around very often because of how many people kept reporting them to many different internet companies.[6] While some of the most of the site's content including animal abuse and generic shock sites (including Goatse, Tubgirl, etc.) were eventually taken away from there, the people behind the site on purpose used a company called Somee International Inc. because of it being a very cheap way for keeping their website running along.[5] Several Japanese users also sent messages under the hospital's Google Reviews warning users about the existence of such a site.
A few of the internet detectives discovered the website's path to be toward a country far away from Japan. However, these clues about it are very hard to prove for sure; unless the computer server is run by a small person in another country beside it. In this case, if the person who made the site just used a public Wi-Fi or within a computer cafe, then it becomes almost impossible to find out where the data really came from at the start.[6]
Debating over the site's purpose, many among the people think the creator might be a person of malice who keeps bothering others by making many fake websites to hurt under people's names. One common idea from them is that the person used to work at a company but was let go from it. In this story, a boss at a firm thought of this person as malicious and decided on firing them; then, because of how they could not go to a real court, the person made these hateful and hidden websites to get back at them. Some of the people who are watching over the case also say that the creator likely spent a lot of time on the Must Not Search wiki, because of the site having many things that are just like what is found over there.[6]
People on the internet have slowly made their list of suspects smaller until only a few people are left within it. Some people really believe in the idea that the person is Hiromu Asami, a man who used to run Must Not Search and who supposedly posted upon the 5ch board. Strangely, the article for "Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital" was made prior to the Livedoor investigation but the wiki's intended design prevents anyone from checking through the revision history for confirmation.[6][6][9] There is a conspiracy theory that NHK created the site to boost up interest rates, although it is not proven by anyone.
Kenpokun = Dokuhara
While it is commonly believed by many that a person known as Kenpo-kun is the individual behind the Matsuyama Dokuhara website, this connection was initially dismissed by the creator himself; however, a Twitter post denying the involvement was later deleted, and whoever was the culprit continues to be debated by netizens. Although multiple pieces of evidence have been compiled to suggest that Kenpo-kun is indeed the architect of the site, a definitive confession has never been provided, leaving the community to rely on striking similarities between the two. These similarities, being categorized by shared behavioral patterns, include:
- Both subjects show signs of mental illness and have a lot of free time. They frequently appear and disappear from the internet.
- They share a similar posting style. Both enjoy posting random, nonsensical Japanese text—fiction in Kenpo-kun’s case and non-fiction for Dokuhara. Additionally, both individuals use photos of people’s faces to mock or insult them.
- They both share private addresses. Kenpo-kun often posts random addresses (for example, on his Twitter: https://x.com/kenpo9w9). Dokuhara does the same by mentioning a specific address in Matsuyama. (we are withholding the personal address for legal and safety reasons).
- There is a strong geographical connection. Kenpo-kun frequently posts "gangstalking" text featuring Jeff the Killer. This text claims he "owns several pachinko parlors in EHIME PREFECTURE." Since Matsuyama is also in Ehime Prefecture, it is suspicious that Kenpo-kun mentions the same location as the hospital.
- Their timelines and themes overlap. Kenpo-kun appeared around 2015 (according to r/OriginalJTKimage), and his YouTube channel started in 2019. The Dokuhara website also appeared in 2019. The oldest Dokuhara site featured Jeff the Killer alongside Dr. Yuichiro Oka, and every Dokuhara site since then has included Jeff the Killer. Furthermore, both use similar imagery, such as "Ahenobarbus Henocied" and deepfake singing videos.
Evidence of Identity
- Kenpo-kun’s content is deeply political. The character was created to discuss Article 9 of the Japanese Constitution. His videos feature the number "9" edited into Jeff the Killer’s eyes and a voice repeating "Article 9" in Japanese. This political knowledge extends to the "Patient's Bill of Rights" and links between the hospital and themes of Japanese Communist Party that appear on every Dokuhara website as well (https://www.reddit.com/r/ScareTheater/comments/1ky1uwy/odd_youtube_channel/).
- The police contact points to a specific location. In a blog post (kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/2/), Kenpo-kun claims he was contacted by the Ehime Prefecture police. Because Japanese police usually only contact residents in their specific jurisdiction, this suggests he lives in Ehime. Accessing this specific post requires a password known only to "kenpolers" (his dedicated fans).
- The text on their sites is identical. His blog title contains a string of text mentioning "Matsuyama Dokuhara" followed by names of shock sites found on the "Must Not Search" (MNS) wiki. This exact same text is found on almost every Dokuhara website (kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com).
- They share a history with medical schools. Blog posts show that Kenpo-kun failed several medical school entrance exams and blamed it on Abe (source: kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/1/).
- There are contradictions in his claims. He claims to support constitutional democracy and the Japanese Communist Party (JCP), yet his websites attack the hospital for its JCP links. While he claims to support minority rights, his content often appears conservative or satirical. However, there is no psychological evidence to confirm if this is satire or his true belief (source: kenpokun9w9.ni-moe.com/Page/1/).
- They use the same obscure web host. Both Kenpo-kun and Dokuhara use ni-moe.com. This is a cheap, obscure domain in Japan that very few people know about. This suggests the same person is finding these hidden hosting services.
- He uses Must Not Search wiki terminology. In one video, he describes himself as being in the "hall of fame." This specific phrase is used by the MNS wiki to categorize famous pages (kind of like Featured Article in Screamer Wiki), suggesting he is a regular user of that community (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WYJawoqxGE).
Additional Information
- The motive regarding Dr. Yuichiro Oka may be personal. Rather than jealousy, the website might have been created because of a heated argument. We only see one side of the story.
- His behavior suggests a specific mental condition. While his exact illness is unknown, many believe he suffers from hyperfixation. This would explain why he obsessively repeats themes like Jeff the Killer and why Dokuhara keeps returning to the internet after being taken down.
- His real-life identity may be more "normal" than it seems. A reflection in a Reddit post suggests he is a man in his 30s or 40s (https://www.reddit.com/r/DeepIntoYouTube/comments/1ewlev2/kenpokun_a_japanese_youtube_channel_that_has/). He might be a regular person with a family who creates "gangstalking" stories as a way to cope with his illness. His online persona is likely a mix of truth and fiction (reddit.com/r/DeepIntoYouTube/comments/1ewlev2/kenpokun_a_japanese_youtube_channel_that_has/).

Presented as a "review" while functioning as satire or a bizarre protest, Wikiwiki is named after the website z.wikiwiki.jp, and a hostile tone is displayed by the author toward the reader through an eccentric style. In his text, it is stated in Japanese: 「一切合切凡庸なあなたじゃ分からない松山ドクハラ口コミですが、なにか? ("It's a Matsuyama Doctor Harassment review of a kind that an absolutely mediocre person like you wouldn't understand from your perspective, but so what?"). Directing his ire at medical malpractice, the author warns visitors about systemic dangers, and it is proclaimed by him that heartless remarks are made to patients and families within the "deep darkness" of the medical system.
The site explicitly warns visitors concerning the content, stating: 一部の画像はスープおじさんでも出るようになったので注意 ("Caution: Some images now feature 'Soup Uncle' within them as well"). Referring to a graphic photograph from Rotten.com, the term Soup Uncle is used to describe an elderly man who passed away in a hot bath; consequently, advanced decomposition of the body was depicted in the image.[11] Additionally, a description of the "Concrete high school girl murder case" is contained within the text, and her 44-day imprisonment and torture by four minors in Adachi Ward are detailed before her corpse was eventually buried in concrete.
Beginning with a show of personal despair, absurdist threats are issued by the author against society, and he explains: "I have despaired of everything in this country called Japan. I have no regrets left behind me. Tomorrow at 6 AM at Matsuyama Doc-hara Hospital, I will do the Nubejonnuzojonberumittisumogeronbo gymnastics for everyone. You absolutely cannot stop from me heehee lol." Furthermore, a massive lawsuit regarding an unspecified "operation" is threatened by him, and it is claimed that a compensation of ¥32.5 billion must be paid if his death is caused by the reader's fault.

This website stands with a display of long strings of text of nonsense and with swastika symbols for the viewers, and additionally it goes with some phrases in Japanese of a bizarre nature for taunting: "I'm messing around [spinning kaomoji noise] 'I am looking for fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital reviews' How fun [gibberish kaomoji taunting sound]" (ふざけます三└(┐卍^o^)卍ドゥルルルルル「私は楽しい松山協和病院口コミを探しています」楽しいなホアヨダリツm9(^Д^)9mプギャー). Furthermore, the text adds up to a call of a mock phone to the police about the director of the hospital named Yuichiro Oka with laughter in excess: "Hello lollllll Is this the police? lol [creepy wheeze] Actually lol the Doc-hara [Doctor Harassment] Yuichiro Oka is lollol Huh? Characterized by long strings of nonsense text and adorned with swastika symbols displayed for the viewers, this website is further defined by bizarre Japanese phrases utilized for taunting, such as "I'm messing around [spinning kaomoji noise] 'I am looking for fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital reviews' How fun [gibberish kaomoji taunting sound]" (ふざけます三└(┐卍^o^)卍ドゥルルルルル「私は楽しい松山協和病院口コミを探しています」楽しいなホアヨダリツm9(^Д^)9mプギャー). While laughter is heard in excess, a mock phone call to the police regarding the hospital director Yuichiro Oka is transcribed, featuring a transcript where the creator wheezes: "Hello lollllll Is this the police? lol [creepy wheeze] Actually lol the Doc-hara [Doctor Harassment] Yuichiro Oka is lollol Huh? Featuring text rendered in rainbow colors, the site contains English claims regarding "Kenpo-kun," who is identified as the creator of the YouTube edit of Jeff the Killer possessing multiple eyes, and his stalking activities are alleged throughout the page. reddit.com/r/DeepIntoYouTube/comments/1ewlev2/kenpokun_a_japanese_youtube_channel_that_has/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3L9EzyuTab0 Numerous medical accusations are levied in every section, including those listed below.
A severe disconnect between the hospital's public image and its secret actions is lamented by the creator, who states: "The massive gap between the public face of respecting human rights and the hidden face that repeatedly violated human rights. Yuichiro Oka's heart of darkness" (人権尊重を掲げる表の顔と、人権侵害を繰り返していた裏の顔のあまりの落差落差。岡祐一郎心の闇 協和病院【松山協和病院】).
Accusations of workers' compensation fraud and legal violations are coupled with attacks against staff members, as seen in the following text: "Workers' compensation fraud [Legal violation] Brats who don't even know workers' comp have stinky heads lol Fraudulent insurance billing, a classic medical occurrence lol" (労災保険詐欺 【医師法違反】労災保険も知らないガキ頭臭すぎ(●´ω`●)wwwwwww 保険の不正請求医療あるあるww).
Targeting specific doctors, the author brands Oka as an "incompetent perverted scum" whose unnecessary actions are claimed to worsen situations: "Yuichiro Oka, who only makes matters worse by doing unnecessary things" (余計なことをしてかえって事態を悪化させてしまう岡祐一郎).
Furthermore, the leadership of the hospital is questioned by the author, who asks: "Who made this incompetent perverted scum [Yuichiro Oka] the director? This hospital must be really short on people lol" (誰よwこんな無能な変態クズを院長にしたのはw よほどこの病院人材不足なんだな). Utilizing local tourism slogans for mockery, the creator frequently updates news sections with phrases like: "Matsuyama Medical Cooperative, 'Welcome to Matsuyama, the city of hot springs, castles, and literature' - Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital Reputation" (松山医療生活協同組合、「いで湯と城と文学の街、松山市へようこそいらっしゃいました」松山協和病院 評判). While it is insisted that these reviews are born from genuine experiences rather than promotion, the author adds: "Real user reviews and testimonials, not staged or promotional. [Those with stinky brains who can't understand the accusations are pathetic lol - search]" (ヤラセや宣伝ではない本当に体験した口コミ 評判【告発を理解出来ない頭の臭い人かわいちょかわいちょww検索】).
Unhinged quotes and graphics are invented to accuse the doctor of sexual harassment, with the site proclaiming: "A pervert doctor (which obviously refers to Oka) └(՞ةڼ◔)」 appeared!!" (変態医師└(՞ةڼ◔)」があらわれた!! 『スケベ検診...). These statements are interspersed between sections of the hospital's "Patient's Bill of Rights," which include sentiments regarding the spirit of the medical cooperative: "In accordance with the spirit of nurturing and cherishing life, and disciplining oneself for that purpose, as embodied in the medical cooperative's 'Patients' Bill of Rights'..." (医療生協の「患者の権利章典」の、いのちをはぐくみ、いとおしみ、そのために自らを律するという精神に則り...). Each individual's life is claimed to be valued within their home and community environment: "We value each individual's life so that they can live in a way that suits them within the familiar environment of their home and community..." (住み慣れた家庭や地域の中で自分らしい生活ができるように一人ひとりの生活を大切に考え...).

Beyond serving as one of many shock sites, the webpage contains references to the 2019 Ikebukuro runaway car crash; specifically, emails sent to Takuya Matsunaga are pasted to taunt him about his deceased family. This behavior is linked to an incident where a girl was referred for prosecution by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for sending abusive emails to the Matsuyama City Hall in Ehime Prefecture. Two malicious emails targeting Matsunaga read: "Are you sad that your wife and child died? lol... Shall I kill you? lol." (99% original incident linked here)
Threaded comments from the Must Not Search wiki regarding an Anago-san audio clip are featured on the site; once the creator noticed the wiki's discussion, these comments were promptly pasted into the site's own source code.[12]

Within kyoto, an opening message directed at Yuichiro Oka is featured through a mocking phrase, while the text "The fun Yuichiro Oka-kun and the fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital that repeat irresponsible responses" (【無責任対応繰り返す楽しい岡祐一郎くん楽しい松山協和病院】) is displayed to further the creator's agenda. Searching for "maggots who pretend to be commentators making local Matsuyama fun" (松山観光「私は地元の松山を楽しくするご意見番気取りの蛆虫を探しています」), the author insults specific individuals, and these aggressive messages are repeated across the site so that the individuals labeled as "maggots" are relentlessly harassed.
This section displays comment threads from the Must Not Search wiki regarding the 1992 Ichikawa Family murder case (市川一家4人殺害事件); although these posts discuss the death penalty for Mitsuhiko Seki, the site is additionally populated with 3 Guys 1 Hammer and cartel videos. Furthermore, an image of Junko Furuta's corpse is included inside the page, accompanied by various Japanese pornographic videos based on BDSM.
A real address in Matsuyama City within Ehime Prefecture is shared by the creator for the purpose of potentially doxing Dr. Oka; motivated by the removal of their posts from the internet, the author mockingly celebrates this news. Teasing the doctor with the phrase "[Good News] The fun criminal scum Yuichiro Oka who repeatedly requests deletions" (【朗報】削除依頼を繰り返す楽しい犯罪者クズ岡祐一郎), the author targets legal experts helping the hospital, specifically complaining about lawyers who are seen profiting by deleting content.
It is claimed by the author that the hospital is breaking the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act through "secret marketing" tactics, yet the site simultaneously utilizes fake error messages designed for scaring users. Stating that a fatal error occurred, the system displays a message in a nonsensical language: "Because a fatal error occurred, the language setting will be changed to Nubejon-nuzojon-berumittisu-mogeronboyo language" (深刻なエラーが発生したため、 設定言語をヌベヂョンヌゾヂョンベルミッティスモゲロンボョ語に変更します).

A sequence of hidden sounds and flashing images is suddenly triggered by the site. While most files are linked back to the domain matsuyama.helioho.st, mirrors such as kubomana.bsite.net are used for the hosting of specific files like poriaki.mp4; consequently, the site is cluttered by a huge number of graphic GIFs and video files—including 0.gif, 000.gif, 0000.gif, 00000.gif, 000000.gif, 0000000.gif, 00000000.gif, 000000000.gif, 0000000000.gif, 01.gif, 00000001.gif, 7.gif, 95.gif, 500.gif, 2.mp4, 4.mp4, 5.mp4, 6.mp4, 8.mp4, 21.mp4, 22.mp4, 24.mp4, 25.mp4, 26.mp4, 27.mp4, 28.mp4, 45.mp4, 66.mp4, 98.mp4, 99.mp4, and 22227.mp4, which are all part of this coordinated harassment. Ending with a reference toward the Must Not Search wiki, every piece of code remains shrouded in mystery; it is unclear if the site was intended by the author to be documented as an article for that specific wiki.[13]
Old version

Navigating the archived website hosted at megalodon.jp in 2020, the viewer is presented with familiar messages alongside fresh content concerning political ties; furthermore, the hospital is directly linked to the Japanese Communist Party (日本共産党) by the author, who suggests that medical facilities are being governed by ideology rather than healthcare. Medical co-operatives (医療生協) within Japan are frequently characterized as having long-standing historical ties to left-wing movements, and because these connections are being highlighted so aggressively, the reader is led to believe that the facility prioritizes political agendas. Labeled as a "Black Hospital" (ブラック病院) to warn potential patients of an exploitative and unfair workplace, the clinic is framed as a hazardous environment; meanwhile, the site displays low-quality, compressed photos of staff members, including an image of an individual (perhaps Yuichiro Oka) placed next to the Jeff the Killer image.
